What if I'm already a member at the poker room you're offering the bankroll for?
If you're currently a real money player then you're not eligible for any offers from BuildMyBankroll. If you currently have a play money account only then in some cases you're eligible for the free bankroll. Please contact us before trying any offer if you fall into this category.
I'm being asked to register a credit card, I don't want my card to be charged.
Your card will NOT be charged for any amount. This step is required to verify your identity and your age only. Besides that, most American credit card companies will not allow gambling related charges, so even if the poker room tried to, the charge would be declined.
I only received half of my free bankroll, what gives?
You most likely didn't register a credit card, in which case you will only be given half of the bankroll.
